1. Scope of Services
AfricAI provides AI consulting services, including but not limited to:
- AI Discovery Sessions
- AI Growth Accelerator Programs
- Custom Enterprise AI Consulting
- AI Tool Integration and Training
Services will be delivered as virtual or in-person sessions depending on the agreement with the client. Any additional deliverables will be specified in the service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information regarding their business operations and goals
- Participate in scheduled sessions and provide timely feedback
- Ensure necessary personnel are available for AI workshops or training sessions
Failure to meet these obligations may impact the quality and timelines of deliverables. AfricAI will not be held responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
3. Intellectual Property
All AI frameworks, roadmaps, templates, and training materials developed during consulting engagements remain the property of AfricAI unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients are granted a license to use the deliverables within their organization but may not resell or distribute them without written permission.
4. Confidentiality
AfricAI will treat all client data and business information with strict confidentiality. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose AfricAI's proprietary methods, tools, or materials to third parties.
5. Project Timelines and Modifications
Standard sessions (1-day and 4-day) will follow the timelines outlined in the service agreement.
Modifications to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm and schedule services
- For enterprise projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion
- Payments are non-refundable except as specified in the refund policy below
Refund Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost
- Enterprise clients may cancel with at least 14 days' notice for a full refund
2. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend scheduled sessions without prior notice will not receive a refund. However, they may reschedule at AfricAI's discretion.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client is not satisfied with the outcome of the service, AfricAI will provide an additional follow-up session at no extra cost.
Enterprise clients may request ongoing advisory services to refine AI implementations if initial goals are not met within the agreed timeframe.
4. Force Majeure
AfricAI is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, political unrest, technological failures). In such cases, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
